As of July 2021, NCAA student-athletes may legally be compensated for their Name, Image, and Likeness without impacting their competitive eligibility. In addition, the State of Colorado has passed legislation supporting and enabling this opportunity for student-athletes participating in NCAA sanctioned athletics programs at Colorado colleges and universities.
Our Role
The Green & Gold Foundation supports NIL opportunities for Colorado State University student-athletes. In keeping with our mission to provide direct support to Colorado State University, our NIL activities are designed to support both the student-athlete and the athletic program in which they participate.
